Terms of Service
Effective October 5, 2026 · Last updated October 5, 2026
These terms apply when you use the Graveyard Studios websites, our client campaign portal, or the Graveyard Creative Suite (GCS) app (together, the “Services”). By using the Services you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Services.
1. Who we are
The Services are provided by Graveyard Studios, a creative studio based in Ontario, Canada (“we”, “us”). Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information and is part of these terms.
2. Access and accounts
Parts of the Services, such as the full portfolio, client campaigns, boards and GCS, are available by invitation only. You must be at least 16 to use them. If we give you access:
- keep your sign-in links and passwords private;
- don’t share your access with anyone else;
- tell us straight away if you think someone else has used it.
We may change or remove access at any time, for example when a project ends.
3. Acceptable use
Don’t:
- break the law, or infringe anyone’s rights, through the Services;
- try to reach data, campaigns or accounts you were not given;
- probe, scan or overload our systems, or get around security or access controls;
- scrape, copy or redistribute the Services or their content in bulk;
- upload malware, or content that is unlawful, harassing or that you have no right to share.
4. Your content
You keep ownership of anything you upload or add, such as notes, images, references, comments and feedback. You give us permission to host, copy, display and process it. That permission covers only what is needed to run the Services for you and the people you share it with, and to do the work you hired us for. You confirm that you have the right to share what you upload.
5. Our work
The Services, our software, design, branding, and the portfolio and campaign work shown in them belong to Graveyard Studios or to our clients and partners. You may view this work. You may not copy, reuse, publish or sell it without written permission. Feedback you send us may be used to improve the Services without obligation to you.
6. Confidential materials
Campaign treatments, boards, unreleased work, pricing and other material shared with you privately are confidential. Use them only to review or work on the project they were shared for, and do not forward, post or screenshot them for others without our permission.
7. GCS and early access
GCS is in early access. Features may change, break or be removed, and we may stop offering it. Keep your own backups of anything important.
When you connect a Google account or another service to GCS, you authorize GCS to access it as described in the Privacy Policy. You can disconnect at any time.
8. AI-generated output
Some GCS features produce AI-generated suggestions, summaries and drafts. AI output can be wrong or incomplete, so GCS labels it as AI-generated.
AI output is not professional advice. It is not financial, tax, accounting or legal advice. Check AI output against the original source before you act on it, especially anything about money, contracts or clients. You are responsible for what you choose to send, publish or rely on.
9. Third-party services
The Services work with third-party services such as Google, Supabase, Vercel and AI model providers. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms, for example the Google Terms of Service. We are not responsible for third-party services, and they may change or stop working.
10. Paid work
Production, creative and other paid work is covered by the quote, invoice or agreement for that job. If those documents say something different from these terms, they win for that work.
11. Disclaimers
As far as the law allows, the Services are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. These include warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and that the Services will be uninterrupted or error-free.
12. Limitation of liability
As far as the law allows, Graveyard Studios is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data or goodwill, arising from the Services.
Our total liability for any claim about the Services is limited to the greater of CAD $100 and the amount you paid us for the Services in the 12 months before the claim.
Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
13. Suspension and ending
You can stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms, if needed to protect the Services or others, or if we stop offering a Service. Sections 4 to 6, 8 and 11 to 14 survive after your access ends.
14. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. The courts of Ontario have exclusive jurisdiction, unless the law where you live gives you the right to bring a claim there.
15. Changes
We may update these terms. We will post the new version here with a new date. If the change is material, we will give you reasonable notice. Continuing to use the Services after a change takes effect means you accept it.
